VPS Wagon is operated by BERANKIFY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17267037. In these Terms, “VPS Wagon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean BERANKIFY LTD trading as VPS Wagon.

VPS Wagon began operating in February 2022 as an independently operated hosting business, initially serving customers through WhatsApp, Facebook, and its website. Since 8 June 2026, VPS Wagon has been operated by BERANKIFY LTD.

We provide Virtual Private Servers (VPS), dedicated servers, RDP, and related infrastructure services. By creating an account or purchasing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These revisions do not remove rights or obligations already accrued under earlier terms.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

VPS Wagon offers various hosting-related services including but not limited to:

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Dedicated Servers
• Cloud infrastructure
• Website hosting solutions
• Technical support services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without prior notice.

To access certain services, you may need to create an account on our website. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

VPS Wagon is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

All services provided by VPS Wagon are billed in advance. By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees associated with your selected service
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring services

Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

VPS Wagon reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of invoices

• Illegal activities conducted through our services
• Activities that harm our network or other users

Service suspension may occur without prior notice if immediate action is required to protect our systems.

Users must not use VPS Wagon services for illegal or harmful activities. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Hosting illegal content
• Sending spam or unsolicited emails
• Conducting phishing or fraud activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Engaging in activities that disrupt network stability

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Customers are solely responsible for all data, applications, and content hosted on their servers. VPS Wagon does not monitor or control user-hosted content. However, if we receive complaints or legal requests related to hosted content, we may investigate and take necessary actions.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is explicitly included in their hosting plan.

We strive to provide reliable and high-performance hosting services. However, VPS Wagon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Hardware failures
• Network outages
• Security incidents
• Circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPS Wagon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to accounts
• System failures or downtime

Users agree that they use VPS Wagon services at their own risk.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. While VPS Wagon may offer backup services, we do not guarantee that backups will always be available or recoverable.

It is strongly recommended that users maintain independent backups of all important data at all times.

All content on the VPS Wagon website, including text, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of VPS Wagon and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Users may not use our branding or materials without prior written consent.

BERANKIFY LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. When updates are made, the revision date at the top of this page will be updated.

Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply where you live.
